In this episode I explain the true nature of the twin cores. Enjoy!
Summary: The problem of the twin cores obstructed Voldemort when he was trying to kill Harry. Because their wand cores came from the same bird, Harry and Voldemort getting brother wands was a mystery to all. To figure out this problem, let’s look at some wand cores. The phoenix feather core is considered the rarest of wand cores. It also has the widest range of magical ability. However, it does take a little longer to master and has a mind of its own. The wand could cast spells without a person using it. For this reason, it isn’t the most popular of choices. So how could Voldemort manage to get a wand like that? Let’s not forget he was little Tom Riddle at the time. And it could be possible that Tom might benefit from a wand like that. Tom was unusually powerful for a wizard his age, after all. But Tom Riddle turned evil. Why did the wand still work? And why did Harry pick its brother?  There are many reasons why this could be the case. Voldemort might have modified his wand beyond the point of it being the same wand he chose when he was eleven. The only problem with this is there is no changing the fact that the wand he got when he was eleven will always be the same wand. Right? Wrong. The only other possibility is the cores actually aren’t as similar as we all thought. I still do think the cores came from the same entity, but not the same bird. The Ship Theory is similar to this. If you replace every part of a ship, is it still the same ship? You still own the ship, but the same one? This theory could apply to the phoenix. When a phoenix dies, it bursts into flame and is reborn from the ashes. If it is born over and over again, its personality might change. Tom Riddle got his wand a long time before Harry. If Fawks changed a little bit over fifty transformations, he wouldn’t be the same bird. That might solve our mystery. The wands seemed so different because they were.

In this episode I explain why the blood pact made between Albus and Grindlewald was false. Enjoy!
Summary: Albus and Grindlewald made a blood pact that was built up to be a large part of their story. But so little attention was payed to the blood pact, it felt as if it didn’t even exist at all. Today, I want to tell you why it was one of the biggest obstacles of the whole franchise. I think the blood pact was incomplete. It only protected Albus and not Grindlewald. Here’s why. When The Crimes of Grindlewald  came out, J. K. Rowling let slip that Grindlewald is a seer. That means he can see into the future. That shakes things up. There’s another thing that caught my eye: the skull Grindlewald’s seeing power is in. There is an inscription on the forehead of the skull. It said, ‘Fur Das Allgemeinwohl’. In English that means ‘For the Greater Good’. That phrase was invented by Albus more than a year later. A year later! Grindlewald’s seeing ability plays very well into this. Albus used that phrase in a letter he wrote to Grindlewald talking about their lives and how they met. Grindlewald might have had a vision about Albus writing that letter. Grindlewald might have seen what he does in the future. That combined with his other visions of many other things caused him great alarml. I think Grindlewald saw himself winning the duel that was fated to come. That led him down a very dark path. He had all the pieces of the puzzle. He knew exactly what to do so he could ensure his victory. That answers the question right there. Grindlewald and Albus meeting was planned. Grindlewald was using their meeting as a a stepping stone in his plan. It was a fabricated reality for Grindlewald to achieve his dreams. That means his love for Dumbledore was fake. A blood pact is only as good as the love that binds it. If Grindlewald didn’t love Albus, but Albus loved Grindlewald, Albus is the only one with the protection needed to do what he did.

In this episode I explain the truth of Credence. Enjoy!
Summary: Credence is at the forefront of the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them plot. His big quest is to find out who he is. I have found that answer today. Credence is the obscuruce of Albus Dumbledore. Credence was created right after Ariana Dumbledore was killed. Every single person in Albus’s life was gone. An obscuruce is created in the absence of love and in the need for companionship. That time in Dumbledore’s life came when his sister died and everyone he knew blamed him for it. Credence’s power might come from his creator. If Dumbledore was in need of a peer, an equal, making Credence as powerful as he was could be explained by that. Finally, in the screen-play of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Credence is on a ship with his aunt. If Credence and Albus are sort of brothers, might they share family? Every single member of the Dumbledore family is dead except for Albus and one other. His aunt.

In this episode I explain why Quirrell could never actually get past Fluffy. Enjoy!
Summary:  Quirrell was the first in the long line of defense against the dark arts teachers. It turned out he was a double agent working with Voldemort to steal the sorcerer’s stone. He was an inch away from success when Harry showed up and defeated him. However, I think there was a unique wreck in his plans that really sent the train off the rails. Fluffy the three headed dog is immortal. This is as far fetched as it goes. To start, I don’t even think Quirrell  could have gathered enough strength to cast the killing curse in the first place. You need to be very powerful to do so. Even at his best Quirrell might manage, but carrying Voldemort around in the back of his head really sapped his strength. But Fluffy is immortal so it wouldn’t matter anyway. Here’s why I think Fluffy is immortal. For one, we never see him as a puppy. With Norberta, we saw her right from the start of her life. Not Fluffy. Here’s where it gets good. There is another giant three headed dog. His name is Cerberus. Cerberus is the three headed dog from Greek mythology that guards the underworld. One of the most used entries to the underworld is in Greece. You know where Fluffy is from? Greece. Hagrid has said himself that Fluffy is one of kind. That may true. Could it be because Fluffy and Cerberus were the same thing all along?

In this episode I explain why Peter Pettigrew was in Gryphindor. Enjoy!
Summary: Peter Pettigrew was one of the lesser valued Death Eaters in Voldemort’s army. Although he did bring Voldemort back to life, he wasn’t as celebrated as he would have liked. He is a Gryphindor, and a Death Eater. How does that work? Was he even supposed to be in Gryphindor at all? Let’s discuss. The sorting hat might have seen so little in him, it could have just put him in the house that could let him blend in and go unnoticed. That is a promising possibility, but I don’t think that is the case. Hidden talent…. What was that? Hidden talent… Oh. I’m gonna stop you right there. So the only other option is maybe Pettigrew does belong in Gryphindor. Look at the facts. He was a loyal friend and genuinely liked most of his peers. Later in life when he turned Lily and James in, he was upset with himself. Yes, he decided to follow Voldemort in the end, but that was only because Voldemort was powerful. And, in the cellar at Malfoy Manor, his silver hand choked Harry. But when Harry tells Pettigrew he owes Harry his life, Pettigrew’s hand lets go and goes for its master. Maybe that was the part of Pettigrew that was still sad and angry with himself for doing what he did.

Season 3 Episode 3: SIGN UP FOR THE POTTER DISCUSSION NEWSLETTER AND CLAIM YOUR GUIDE HERE!
In this episode I explain Voldemort’s incomplete collection of horcruxes. Enjoy!
Summary: Harry being made into a horcrux was a large mistake on Voldemort’s part. That was an event that set his plans into chaos. But what if I told you he had a different item with him that night he went after the Potters — and that item was supposed to be the original horcrux? That item was the sword of Gryphindor. That’s right. Snape overheard Tralawney’s great prediction in 1979. Snape told Voldemort about the famous prediction, and Voldemort then  went after the Potters — three years later. The Potters were killed on October 31 of 1982. Why wait three years? Because he was looking for the sword? We all know the sword has to be drawn by a worthy Gryphindor in the midst of battle. How could Voldemort replicate a situation where a Gryphindor would draw the sword? Somehow, Voldemort did it. On the final day of the battle of The Order of the Phoenix, Fabien and Gideon Prewit were battling 5 death eaters, both worthy Gryphindors and wizards. That is the perfect situation for the sword to be drawn. And when they finally fell, the death eaters could have taken the sword to Voldemort. Might  I add, that day was October 31, 1982?

In this episode I explain the true gift of Gryphindor! Enjoy!
Summary: Every founder of Hogwarts left the future students something cool for them to enjoy when the time came. Not Godric Gryphindor. Why? Well, the answer to that question is simple. He did. I think Godric left the school a Phoenix. But not just any Phoenix… Fawkes himself. I think this for several reasons and here they are. For starters, let’s look at wand cores. It is a well known fact that Harry and Voldemort have the same wand core.  From the same bird. Did you know that Godric also had a Phoenix feather core too? Godric and Salazar Slytherin were really good friends and only parted ways when Salazar wanted to teach the pure-bloods and no one else. If Godric had a Phoenix, given that they are very sensitive and emotional creatures, and Godric was feeling sad and hurt that his friend Slytherin left him, might Fawkes absorb some of those feelings? And if some of his feathers were plucked and made into a wand that would be sold to Voldemort and Harry decades later, might that be why Harry and Voldemort can’t fight? Because two friends went through the same thing, so another pair using the same wand core made of the very same “sponge” which retained pain and hurt, were prevented from being the things they tried so hard to be.

In this episode I tell you Draco’s big secret! Enjoy!
Summary: Draco Malfoy seems like your run of the mill bully. At first. But when he starts to become much more emotional and worried in the 6th book, I started to wonder. I don’t think he was jumpy because of his task of killing Dumbledore. I think Draco Malfoy is a werewolf. I think Voldemort ordered Fenrir Greyback to bite Draco after his father’s mounting mistakes. This would line up perfectly because Lucius Malfoy broke the camel’s back when he dropped the prophecy and sent Voldemort into a rage. Also in the 6th book, Harry sees Draco entering Knockturn Alley without his parents. He follows to find Draco threatening Borgen with something on his arm. Harry thinks it is a Dark Mark, but Hermione thinks not. I think it was the werewolf bite. Draco also told Borgen that Greyback was a close family friend. Voldemort has also joked about Draco babysitting werewolf cubs. I don’t think this is a coincidence.

In this episode I show another deathly hallow. Enjoy!
Summary: The three deathly hallows have been the center of every Harry Potter book. But I think there might be four of them. The fourth deathly hallow is Madeye Moody’s eye. It can see through the invisibility cloak which is impossible! How could such a powerful thing be made? I think a very powerful wizard must have created Moody’s eye: Grindlewald. He is a very powerful wizard who lived at the right time to fit the sequence of events. If you look at a picture of Grindlewald, you can see he has a strange, bright blue eye. The same one as Moody’s? Finally, when Harry and Krum are talking at Bill and Fleur’s wedding, Krum is mad that Luna’s dad is wearing Grindlewald’s mark. Grindlewald again! (And might I add, the symbol for the deathly hallows looks like an eye!!!)

In this episode I explain why I think Snape is still alive. Enjoy!
Summary: Snape is dead. Right? Wrong! It seemed like he died when Nagini bit and killed him. He didn’t! Let’s look at the facts. The passage about Snape’s death was a little confusing when it said Snape went still and the light left his eyes. But some other characters such as Ron have also taken something fatal, gone still and survived. It also is a little odd for Snape to be a double agent, working for a person with a venomous snake and a temper. Snape would have to find an antidote to be safe. But a cure to Nagini’s venom does not exist! Yet it does. When Aurthur Weasly was bitten by the very same snake, they found an antidote. Snape was also in the room when Molly happily announced Aurthur’s safety and thanked the healer who found the cure. Finally, when Harry uses the resurrection stone to see his family one last time, Snape was not there! Yes, Harry was not his best friend, but Snape protected Harry for years. Snape must mean something to Harry. But Snape didn’t show. Could that be because Snape wasn’t dead at all?

In this episode I explain why I think Dumbledore was an animagus. Enjoy!
Summary: Dumbledore has shown on many occasions to be very similar to a phoenix. However, he may be more than what we think. I think Dumbledore is an animagus. Dumbledore can pick up heavy squirming people, like Harry. He can heal people with his tears, like when Harry was in the headmaster’s office and Dumbledore’s portrait was crying, and Harry felt as if a Phoenix was crying on him. Dumbledore probably would have had an unnaturally long life (if he wasn’t killed). He died when he was 115. Not bad. Dumbledore so often acts like a phoenix he might as well be one. Which he is.

In this episode I explain the true origin of Crookshanks. Enjoy!
Summary: Crookshanks was never a main character in the Harry Potter books. He was always  in the background, and we never got to see what he really was or where he came from. I believe he was first owned by the Potters. This is because in the shop where Hermione got Crookshanks, he jumped down and caused a big distraction. I think he jumped down because as a kneazle, he could recognize Peter Petigrew as an old friend and Harry for the same reason. Finally, we saw Crookshanks be friendly with Sirius and Lupin. Was that because they are old friends too?

In this episode, I explain what I think Voldemort’s patronus is. Enjoy!
Summary: Even though Voldy can’t cast a patronus, I still wondered what it would be if he could. Spoiler alert – it’s a bear! In Slavic culture, the bear is a symbol of power. Its true name is unknown because if you said it, the bear would be summoned to you. Sound familiar? The bear is also the opposite of the stag because the stag was considered pure nature, and Voldemort’s patronus is not. The patronus comes from the soul. If Voldemort’s soul is cracked and tainted by horcruxes, nothing that comes from it will be nature. Finally, the Slavic god Veles is a rival of Perun. Veles can turn into a bear, and Perun is the god of lightning. A.K.A., Harry Potter himself. Boom!
